Speaking to Sumesh Wadhera, Chief Editor and Managing Director, AOJ Media about the first time launched SGL Pavilion at GJS Show Shirin Bandukwala, Director, SGL LAB says, "This is the first time we have taken the initiative to create something different within the show. We had some additional space available, which allowed us to accommodate around 26–28 booths. We decided to dedicate this space specifically to manufacturers.

The participation fee is slightly higher than the regular GJS show, but we are offering several additional benefits. We are inviting some of the leading retailers from across India and bringing them to this dedicated section, giving participating manufacturers an opportunity to interact directly with key retail players.

SGL Pavilion should be the permanent feature I believe The response has been extremely encouraging. In fact, the space was completely sold out.

The idea is to eventually develop it into a more premium platform—similar in concept to a premium club within a larger exhibition. We wanted to create something exclusive and differentiated for manufacturers, and I believe this will become a regular feature going forward.

Aditionally, there are around 23 companies, although the exact number may be closer to 23–26. Some exhibitors have taken 18-square-metre spaces, while others have opted for 9-square-metre booths.
The response has been very encouraging, and the participants have shown tremendous enthusiasm."
