The Board of Directors of BlueStone Jewellery and Lifestyle Limited addresses press meeting for the announcement of their forthcoming Initial Public Offering (IPO) at hotel St. Regis, Mumbai on 6th August 2025.

In presence were Gaurav Singh Kushwaha, CMD and CEO; Rumit Dugar, CFO, Bluestone and other members of the management team.

Speakind to AOJ, When asked about despite company's loss to 221.8 Cr in FY2025 why such high valuation for IPO Gaurav Singh Kushwaha, CMD and CEO, Bluestone said, "Essentially, you need to see that the nature of the losses and also look at the fundamentals of the business. The biggest thing is the success we see at the unit level, and at the store level in order for that to kind of fully playout we need to open lot more stores. When you open stores they are not fully predictable in first few year. So that also essentially adds opinion and there are non- cash components and ease accounting so one needs to look deeper into that one needs to understand the business fundamentally then you see the losses etc."

He added, "Our focus strongly remain online and online continues to perform well with stores. Online is generating all that revenue with the support of stores. It doesn't matter where the investment is done, what matters is whether sale was pulled in."

Key highlights of the IPO:

* Price Band of Rs 492/-Rs 517/- per Equity Shares bearing face value of Rs /- each (Equity Shares)

* Bid/Offer opening date is on 11 August 2025 on Monday and Bid/Offer closing date is on 13 August 2025 Wednesday.

* Minimum Bid lot is 29 Equity Shares and in multiples of 29 Equity Shares thereafter.

* Equity Shares outstanding as on date 135,459, 637 Equity Shares of face value of Rs 1 each.

* The IPO is a mix of fresh issue of shares up to Rs 8,200 million and an offer for sale up to 13,939,063 equity shares by selling shareholders.
