Zen Diamond partners with Francorp to accelerate franchise-led expansion

Zen Diamond, founded in Istanbul in 2000 and built on a jewellery-making heritage dating back to 1890—has announced a strategic partnership with Francorp, the franchise consulting arm of Franchise India Brands Limited, to propel its next phase of growth in India through a structured franchise model. With a global presence of over 450 stores across 22 countries and five operational stores in Mumbai, Bengaluru and Chandigarh, the brand now plans to scale its footprint to more than 20 franchise outlets by 2026.

Zen Diamond brings together its international design pedigree and manufacturing expertise with deep market understanding to offer certified diamond jewellery across bridal, engagement, and everyday luxury collections. The India expansion strategy is focused on premium malls and prominent high-street locations, catering to modern consumers who are increasingly transitioning from unorganised to branded jewellery retail.

India’s diamond jewellery market crossed USD 8.7 billion in early 2025 and is projected to grow at a CAGR of over 9% through 2030, fuelled by rising disposable incomes, urbanisation, and a growing preference for organised players. Branded diamond jewellery already represents over 40% of sales in Tier 1 cities, while Tier 2 markets contribute nearly 20%—and are expanding rapidly as infrastructure and lifestyle aspirations rise.
